Sweet baby on the moon

 Hello dears!!!!

Books are a man's best friend!!!!And when you alter old books for altered mixed media art they transform into mini masterpieces.Totally inspired by morethanwordschallenges September monthly challenge of books and book paper,my entry to the challenge is a baby theme storybook altered art journal page "Sweet baby on the moon".  We loved listening to bedtime stories from our mother or grandmother.I have symbolised that moment of a sleeping baby on the moon I have used an old book for this dreamy project.

Hope grows every where

Hello dears!!!! The year 2020 was a surprising one with the medical pandemic all  around the world. A microscopic virus taught us several valuable lessons of life including the importance of survival itself. My entry to mixed media academy January challenge is  a mixed media canvas called"Hope grows every where".In this project I have symbolised a corona warrior of medical field as the eternal "Hope".She is the sunshine in these dark cloudy days of reality.I have created an atomic structure in the background as crucial element with formulae numbers on it symbolising the efforts to find a cure. The birds on the tree represent pure innocent souls who symbolise peace  and happiness. Hoping the world will heal soon and mankind is back to normalcy. This is the link to their challenge: Mixed media academy January  challenge Thanks for stopping by. .
